His experience as a soldier provided self-discipline and unwavering tenasity that has served him during civilian life as well. Following his tour of duty, he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Houston.
Robert was recruited while completing his degree by a large Houston - based pharmaceuticals company in need of major technology system upgrades. He was promoted to Chief Information Officer after only a couple of months at 25 years of age – the youngest member of the team. He quickly learned that dealing with office politics can be more cumbersome than implementing sophisticated technological solutions.
Robert later completed graduate school from the University of London with a Master’s Degree in Computer Science. His focus was Artificial Intelligence, and he published a thesis named the "Autonomous Business System" in 1996. He later successfully deployed technology based on his thesis.
Following graduate school, he became certified in major IT and financial disciplines before founding a tech firm in 1997 during the height of the dot-com era. After the market crashed, he remained in a strong position and bought out competitor companies to expand his business.
In 2004, he started investing in companies with operational cash and technology leadership. His shrewd business acumen quickly led to annual sales exceeding $150 million by 2008. One business deal included patents and intellectual property, enabling him to exit very well within four years.
In 2012, Robert developed an AI system that traded foreign currency's with astonishing accuracy. Based in Europe, he was trading and establishing banking facilities for trading using this system.
